针对中双链刮板链条输送机在拆链、接链和链条调整过程中遇到的问题,设计了一种新型的中双链链条拆装设备。重点介绍了中双链链条拆装机的工作原理、结构特点,论述了链条拆装机的安全性和可行性。经过现场试验和实践证明,该设备具有使用方便、可靠性高等突出优点,有效解决了采煤工作面中双链刮板输送机拆接链条过程中存在的问题。
In view of the problems encountered during the process of chain disassembling, chain-connecting and chain-adjusting in the double-chain scraper chain conveyor, a new type of double-chain chain disassembly and assembly equipment is designed. The working principle and structural characteristics of double - chain chain disassembly machine are introduced emphatically, and the safety and feasibility of chain disassembly machine are discussed. After field test and practice, this equipment has the prominent advantages of easy to use and high reliability, and effectively solves the problems existing in the process of disassembling and connecting double-chain scraper conveyor in coal mining face.
