澳大利亚完善的职业教育框架,灵活的入学方式,多样的教学方式和突出实践的考核方式,使TAFE模式成为国际公认的比较成功的职业教育模式。本文剖析了我国中高职种植类专业“3+3”课程体系衔接中存在的问题,借鉴成功的澳大利亚TAFE模式,提出我国中高职种植类专业“3+3”课程体系衔接的本土化建议,为中高职种植类专业“3+3”分段培养提供了理论依据和实践指导。
Australia’s sound vocational education framework, flexible admission methods, diversified teaching methods and practice-oriented assessment methods make the TAFE model an internationally accepted and more successful mode of vocational education. This paper analyzes the existing problems in the cohesion of “3 + 3” courses of cultivating specialty in China and draws lessons from the successful TAFE model in Australia to propose the connection of “3 + 3” course system of planting specialty in secondary and advanced vocational education in China The localization of advice for the cultivation of higher vocational education “3 +3 ” provided a theoretical basis and practical guidance.
