准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术经过 1 0余年的不断研究改进 ,逐步克服自身在安全性、有效性、稳定性方面的不足 ,从而走向成熟。随着实施手术病例的增加和对术后并发症处理经验的增长 ,眼科医生们越来越多地重视准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术本身对眼生理指标的影响。本文综述了LASIK术后眼生理指标的变化 ,使医生们能对LASIK术有更进一步的了解和认识 ,从而为近视患者提供更安全可靠的治疗。
Excimer laser in situ keratomileusis after 10 years of continuous research and improvement, and gradually overcome their own lack of safety, effectiveness, stability, and thus mature. With the increasing number of surgical procedures and increasing experience with postoperative complications management, ophthalmologists are placing more emphasis on the impact of excimer laser in situ keratomileusis on ocular physiology. This review summarizes the changes of ocular physiology after LASIK surgery so that doctors can get a better understanding of LASIK and provide more safe and reliable treatment for myopia.
