[目的]通过动物实验观察消溃平液抗胃黏膜细胞突变、癌变的作用。[方法]1应用化学致癌快速筛选短期实验的细胞非程序合成(UDS)的方法,做大鼠体内和体外突变实验,观察消溃平液对化学致癌物MNNG诱导的大鼠外周血白细胞突变的阻断突变作用。2用小鼠90只,分为3个组,1组饮自来水,2组自由饮含150ug/ml致癌物—MNNG的自来水,3组自由饮含150ug/ml MNNG加含25mg/ml消溃平液自来水,2周后处死动物,胃切片病理诊断癌变。结果1体内诱导实验,大鼠经2周饲养诱导UDS值从4120.31±188.22降到3151.28±82.91,P<0.01;体外诱导血中白细胞UDS值由4187.22±592.42下降到3102.23±306.58,P<0.01;2小鼠饮含致癌物MNNG组30只中17只发生了胃黏膜癌变,而饮用MNNG同时加饮25ml/l消溃平液30只中5只发生癌变,抑癌率70.58%。[结论]消溃平液能抑制致癌物MNNG对大鼠外周血白细胞诱发突变的作用;对小鼠胃黏膜增生癌变有高效的抑制作用。
