燕子山煤矿8901综放工作面回采期间,采空区出现CO、C2H4、C2H2等气体,各气体浓度时高时低,且间歇性涌出C2H2,分析其原因主要在于上部采空区及小窑老空区向该工作面漏风造成采空区自燃。据此提出了在8901综放面回采、封闭期间采取包括均压通风、封堵漏风、采空区注氮和地面集中灌浆相结合的综合防灭火技术,应用效果良好。该技术对类似条件采空区煤炭自燃的防治具有一定的参考价值。
During the mining process of 8901 fully mechanized top coal caving face of Yanzishan Coal Mine, gas such as CO, C2H4 and C2H2 appeared in the goaf. When gas concentrations were high and low, C2H2 was intermittently poured out. The main reasons for the analysis were that the upper goaf and small kiln Airspace to the face caused by air leakage spontaneous combustion. Based on this, a comprehensive fire-extinguishing technology, including pressure equalization ventilation, plugging air leakage, nitrogen injection in the goaf and ground grouting, was put forward during the 8901 fully mechanized top-coal caving face to be closed. The technology has certain reference value for the prevention and treatment of spontaneous combustion of coal in goaf under similar conditions.
