It reflects one aspect of sports reform in Shijiazhuang Railway Institute, that is, the organic combination of campus sports culture and quality education. The ideological foundation and development mode of campus sports culture construction as well as the practical methods and experience combined with quality education are discussed. These are of important guiding significance for further deepening the reform of college sports.
