细胞凋亡是病理学上新的研究热点。细胞在形态学上的特征性改变是证明其发生凋亡的有力证据。本研究在阿霉素诱导的HCC-9204细胞系细胞凋亡的模型中,利用病理学中常用的几种技术,观察了细胞凋亡的形态学改变,其中包括细胞爬片的HE染色,活细胞的AO染色,以及透射电镜观察。这些方法可从不同角度反映细胞凋亡的形态学变化。结果提示,HE染色及AO染色快速、简便,可作为判定有无细胞凋亡的最初手段;电镜结果是判定细胞凋亡的最可靠证据。
Apoptosis is a new hot spot in pathology. Morphological changes in the cells are evidence of apoptosis. In this study, adriamycin-induced apoptosis in HCC-9204 cell line model, the use of pathology in several techniques commonly used to observe the morphological changes of apoptosis, including cell slide HE staining, live AO staining of cells, and transmission electron microscopy. These methods can reflect the morphological changes of apoptosis from different perspectives. The results suggest that HE staining and AO staining fast and simple, can be used as the first means to determine the presence or absence of apoptosis; electron microscopy results to determine the most reliable evidence of apoptosis.
