一、引言铸造型高铬镍不锈钢是湿法磷酸生产的常用材料,其腐蚀行为与介质的温度及氯离子含量有密切的关系。随湿法磷酸生产工艺流程的改进和生产效率的提高,萃取槽的反应温度逐步增高。二水法生产工艺的介质温度为75~80℃;而半水法生产工艺的介质温度为100℃左右。由于磷矿来源的不同,反应介质中氯离子的含量也有很大的差异。因此,
