作者将牵引技术与皮肤移植术相结合，治疗3例小儿烧伤后遗的关节部位疤痕粘连挛缩所致的关节功能障碍，效果满意，较好地解决了关节功能恢复问题。
The author combines traction technology and skin grafting to treat the joint dysfunction caused by scar contracture in 3 cases of pediatric burn injury and satisfactorily fulfills the problem of joint function recovery.
