I also have an experience like this. It is a word that helps me deal with this problem. The other day， I was about to go to school when my father went ahead to open the door for me as usual. I said to him，“I can do it myself， Dad.”After that， every time he wants to help me with something easy， I will say the same word to him， which makes him aware of my struggling for independence.
As far as I’m concerned， the more we communicate with our parents， the more understanding we will get. Then， we can live independently as adults.

I don’t think universities should be open to visitors. Besides， some tourists behave badly and they may do damage to the campus environment.
Therefore， I would suggest the universities to take some measures to protect their campuses from disturbing， and properly hold some activities for those who are really interested in their campus culture.
