应用分光光度法测定三七伤药片中总黄酮的含量,薄层扫描法测定三七伤药片中人参皂甙的含量。实验表明,该方法切实可行,适宜药厂在生产中作为质量控制方法。
Spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of total flavonoids in Radix Notoginseng. The thin-layer scanning method was used to determine the content of ginsenosides in Radix Notoginseng. Experiments show that this method is practical and feasible for pharmaceutical companies to use as a quality control method in production.
