蟾酥、牛黄和麝香是有强心作用的六神丸中配伍的中药。对心肌有直接影响。其强心作用有许多报告,但对由于血栓形成导致的冠状血管狭窄而引起的心肌梗塞等缺血性心脏障碍的作用未见报道。作者对此作了活体及体外的实验研究。以精制内毒素作为血栓诱发剂,向Wistar系雄性大白鼠尾静脉注入0.5mg/kg。注射内毒素的大白鼠,由于哈格曼因子(Hageman factor)的活化而产生凝血酶,造成弥漫性血管内凝血。心电图上可见反映心肌障碍的ST波上升,心率减少。由于血栓形成,血小板数和纤维蛋白原量减少、凝血酶原时间延长,纤维蛋白降解物(FDP)量增加,成为冠状动脉流低下、缺血性心脏障碍的模型。再以蟾酥、牛黄、麝香的70%甲醇提取物为试药,分别经口给与病态模型,再测定投药前后的上述各项生理指标并取肝组织作切片检查。
The osmanthus, bezoar, and musk are Chinese traditional medicines that are compatible with Liushen Pills. Has a direct effect on the heart muscle. There have been many reports of cardiac function, but the role of ischemic heart disorders such as myocardial infarction caused by coronary artery stenosis due to thrombosis has not been reported. The authors conducted live and in vitro experimental studies. With purified endotoxin as a thrombus inducer, 0.5 mg/kg was injected into the tail vein of Wistar male rats. In mice injected with endotoxin, thrombin is produced due to the activation of Hageman factor, causing diffuse intravascular coagulation. On the electrocardiogram, there is an increase in the ST wave that reflects myocardial dysfunction and a decrease in heart rate. Due to thrombosis, decreased platelet counts and fibrinogen levels, prolonged prothrombin time, and an increase in the amount of fibrinogen degradants (FDP), it has become a model of low coronary artery currents and ischemic heart disorders. Then 70% methanol extracts of osmanthus, bezoar and rugosa were used as test reagents, and the morbidity models were given orally respectively. The above physiological indicators before and after administration were measured, and liver tissues were taken for biopsies.
