目的:研究艾纳香有效成分与土壤因子的相关性,筛选影响其含量的主导因子。方法:GC测定艾纳香中l-龙脑的含量,紫外-可见分光光度计测定总黄酮的含量,理化分析法测定土壤因子,应用相关分析、逐步回归分析及灰色关联度分析对土壤因子与有效成分的关系进行综合分析。结果:艾纳香中l-龙脑含量与有效硫呈显著负相关(P<0.05),总黄酮含量与p H、碱解氮、交换性钙、交换性镁呈显著负相关(P<0.05);经逐步回归分析发现,影响l-龙脑含量的主导因子为有效硫,影响总黄酮含量的主导因子为p H;经灰色关联度分析发现,p H为影响艾纳香有效成分的重要因子,其次为碱解氮和有效硫。结论:无论是选择适宜产地还是施肥,都应重视和考虑氮、硫及土壤p H对艾纳香质量的影响。
OBJECTIVE: To study the correlation between effective components of ANAXYME and soil factors, and to screen the dominant factors that affect its content. Methods: The content of l-borneol in Anemone was determined by GC. The content of total flavonoids was determined by ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer. The soil factors were determined by physico-chemical analysis. Correlation analysis, stepwise regression analysis and gray relational analysis The relationship between active ingredients for a comprehensive analysis. Results: There was a significant negative correlation between the content of l-norbol and available sulfur (P <0.05), the content of total flavonoids was negatively correlated with p H, alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen, exchangeable calcium and exchangeable magnesium (P <0.05 ). By stepwise regression analysis, it was found that the dominant factor affecting the content of l-borneol was effective sulfur, and the dominant factor affecting the total flavonoid content was p H. The gray relational analysis showed that p H was the most important factor Factor, followed by alkaline hydrolysis of nitrogen and effective sulfur. Conclusion: Regardless of the choice of suitable place of production or fertilization, attention should be paid to and consideration of the effect of nitrogen, sulfur and soil p H on the quality of Artemisia.
