丝虫病是寄生于淋巴系统,以淋巴管炎与阻塞症状为临床特征的蠕虫类传染病,其中班氏丝虫又可引起泌尿生殖系症状。本文报告1例尿中大量微丝蚴致尿潴留。病人陈某,男性,23岁,贵州籍战士。因乳白尿、尿潴留,伴下腹胀痛、尿急、尿痛2天,于1979年7月4日就医。无发热,咳喘及腹股沟,下肢红肿热痛。当时体检:体温37℃,脉搏66次,血压100/60。精神佳。腋下、腹股沟等未触及肿大的浅表淋巴结。两肺呼吸音清晰。心律齐,未闻及病理性杂音。肝脾肋下未触及。膀胱底于耻骨上5
Filariasis is a parasitic infection in the lymphatic system with lymphangitis and obstructive symptoms as a worm-like infectious disease, in which Bancroftian filarial can cause genitourinary symptoms. This article reports a case of urine microfilament caused by urinary retention. Patient Chen, male, 23 years old, Guizhou native soldier.
