在26只豚鼠于氯胺酮-Xylazin麻醉下用铂丝刺破圆窗膜。针型电极置于头顶、乳突和颈部皮下,记录60和100dB CHL(短声听力级)的2KHz短声所诱发的脑干电位波Ⅰ~Ⅴ。比较刺破圆窗膜之前和之后的反应阈及波Ⅰ~Ⅴ潜伏期。刺破圆窗膜后,100dB CHL引出的波Ⅰ和波Ⅴ的潜伏期延长0.6ms,波间期不变;用60dBCHL则未记录到波形。7天后波Ⅰ~Ⅳ潜伏
Twelve guinea pigs were punctured with platinum wire under circular anesthesia with ketamine-Xylazin. The acupuncture electrodes were placed subcutaneously on the top of the head, mastoid and neck. The brainstem potentials I ~ V induced by 2 kHz short beeps of 60 and 100 dB CHL (short audiometry) were recorded. Comparison of punctured the round window membrane before and after the reaction threshold and wave Ⅰ ~ Ⅴ latency. After puncturing the round window membrane, the latency of wave Ⅰ and wave Ⅴ induced by 100dB CHL was prolonged by 0.6ms with no inter-wave interval; no waveform was recorded with 60dBCHL. Wave Ⅰ ~ Ⅳ after 7 days latent
