[目的]介绍使用Visual Basic进行农药田间药效试验统计分析的设计过程。[方法]介绍了应用Visual Basic进行农药田间药效试验统计分析的计算程序,并以实例说明了该程序的使用方法和应用技巧。[结果]使用该方法,用户只需输入试验的原始数据,即可快速进行药效试验的统计分析,并可对各因素间的差异显著性进行比较,其计算结果与专业统计软件DPS相比,二者计算结果基本一致。[结论]该方法快捷方便,操作简单,结果准确可靠,可大大提高药物配方优化的效率。
[Objective] The design process of statistical analysis of pesticide field efficacy test using Visual Basic was introduced. [Method] The calculation program of pesticide field efficacy test using Visual Basic was introduced. And the application method and application skills of the program were described with examples. [Results] Using this method, users simply input the original data of the experiment, and then the statistical analysis of the efficacy test can be carried out quickly. And the significance of the differences among the factors can be compared. The calculation result is in good agreement with the professional statistical software DPS The calculation results of both are basically the same. [Conclusion] The method is fast and convenient, simple to operate and accurate and reliable, which can greatly improve the efficiency of drug formulation optimization.
