1987年10月在对营口染织厂SHL10-16型1号水管锅炉年检时.发现炉膛两侧的部份φ51×3.5的水冷壁管中间一段,大约一米多长出现不规则的弯曲变形,左侧前第五根至第九根,右侧前第三根至第十一根,共十四根管都有程度不同的弯曲变形。在变形管中,靠前、后两边的变形较轻,靠中间部位的弯曲较重。对变形管的直径测量没发现胀粗。在变形管中,管子与炉墙的固定卡子,只剩右侧靠后边的一双没断,其余的都靠近墙面处烧断。该炉1981年安装并投入运行,每次年检均没发现管子变形。锅筒和集箱内无垢片及泥垢等物,可排除水质不良而引起的弯曲变形。是什么原因使管子弯曲变形的呢?如果是缺水事
