能使热水锅炉安全运行的条件之一,就是将锅炉注满水。但是,目前在用的锅筒式热水锅炉由于设计、制造及安装等方面因素的影响,使锅筒上部存在着程度不一的集气现象。在锅炉内部检验中发现,凡是集气部分的金属表面腐蚀情况都严重于水下的金属表面,这是由于水受热后产生的析解气体因不能及时排出所造成的。再有,司炉人员发现在锅炉正常运行中,主出水母管偶而发生突发性抖动,有时很厉害,这是由于析解气体不断增加,当集气空间容纳不下时突然向母管流动而产生的气水冲击所造成的。上述情况虽然没有发生过重大事故,可明显不利于长期安全运行及保养。
