(The Freer Gallery of Art)、波士顿美术博物馆(The Museum of Fine Arts, Boston)、纽约大都会博物馆(The Metropolitan Museum)。
In December 2005, I was invited to hold a special exhibition entitled “New Style Flowers and Birds Paintings by Li Wei” at Connecticut College in the United States. During the exhibition, visiting some famous museums in New York, Washington, Boston and other places not only saw the masterpieces of oil paintings and sculptures from the long-awaited western art masters, but also saw many precious ancient Chinese art works. Most of these works were exiled during the war in China in the early 20th century and were hard to see in China. These exquisite works made me very surprised and moved. Unfortunately, some rare scroll paintings are rarely exhibited, mostly sculptures and murals. After returning to a little finishing of these materials, with reference to other information into this article, to share with you. The following is a description of the order of visits, including The Freer Gallery of Art in Washington, The Museum of Fine Arts, Boston, The Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York.
