温补肾阳方药固真饮能显著提高雄性老年大鼠皮肤中新生胶原、中性盐溶性胶原及酸溶性胶原含量,降低不溶性胶原含量,增加肝组织蛋白含量,并能抑制肝组织胶原酶活性,表明该方药具有良好的抗大鼠皮肤老化的作用。
Wenbu Shenyangfangtang Guzhen Decoction can significantly increase the content of nascent collagen, neutral salt-soluble collagen and acid-soluble collagen in the skin of male aged rats, reduce the content of insoluble collagen, increase the protein content of liver tissue, and inhibit the activity of collagenase in liver tissue. It shows that the prescription has a good anti-aging effect on rat skin.
