植物性食物,抗氧化剂及微量营养素等对肿瘤的预防作用已日益受到国内外学者的重视。作者用Sodimu法提取、纯化大蒜油(主含二异丙烯硫化物),研究其对大鼠肝癌前病变的抑制及生化机理。实验分二组,癌变组及预防组均按Farber法以二乙基亚硝胺(NDEA)和2-AAF诱发大鼠肝癌前结节,但预防组在诱癌前3d始加蒜油250mg/kg于饲料中(共6周),检测指标为肝γ-谷氨酰转肽酶(γ-GT)。组化结果表明,癌变组γ-GT病灶面积为1.30±0.70mm~2/cm~2,预防组γ-GT面积为0.12±0.08mm~2/
The preventive effects of plant foods, antioxidants and micronutrients on tumors have been increasingly valued by scholars at home and abroad. The author used Sodimu method to extract and purify garlic oil (mainly containing diisopropylene sulfide) to study its inhibition of hepatic lesions and biochemical mechanism in rats. The experimental group was divided into two groups: cancerous group and prevention group were pretreated with diethylnitrosamine (NDEA) and 2-AAF for hepatocellular carcinoma nodules according to the Farber method, but the prevention group was given garlic oil 250 mg/3 days before the induction of cancer. Kg in the feed (6 weeks total), and the detection index was liver γ-glutamyl transpeptidase (γ-GT). The results of histochemistry showed that the area of γ-GT lesions in the cancerous group was 1.30±0.70mm~2/cm~2, and the area of γ-GT in the prevention group was 0.12±0.08mm~2/
