对萝卜细胞质青花菜雄性不育系BC7 19及其保持系生长发育过程中叶绿素含量、生长素 (IAA)、赤霉素 (GA)、玉米素 (ZRs)、玉米素前体 (iPAs)及脱落酸 (ABA)的含量变化所作初步研究的结果表明 ,不育系叶片和花蕾中的IAA含量明显高于保持系 ,而不育系叶片和花蕾中的GA含量却大大低于其保持系 ;其余 3种激素 :ZRs、iPAs及ABA的含量 ,在叶片中不育系低于保持系 ,而在花蕾中则不育系高于保持系。叶绿素的含量随着植株的生长而增加 ,但不育系和保持系之间没有明显的差异。
