目的建立快速、简便的测定生活饮用水中铝含量的方法。方法利用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度仪及横向加热石墨管,在309.3 nm波长及2 700℃原子化文度下测定铝的吸光度值。结果在铝含量为0.005~0.02 mg/L的浓度范围内有良好的线性关系,其回归方程为:Y=0.04 329X+0.009 138,相关系数为r=0.9 999。结论石墨炉原子吸收光谱法操作简便、结果稳定、重现性好,可用于测定生活饮用水中铝的含量。
Objective To establish a rapid and simple method for determination of aluminum in drinking water. Methods The absorbance of aluminum was measured by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometer and transversely heated graphite tube at 309.3 nm wavelength and 2700 ℃ atomization degree. The results showed that there was a good linearity in the concentration range of 0.005-0.02 mg / L, the regression equation was: Y = 0.04329X + 0.009138, the correlation coefficient was r = 0.9999. Conclusion Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry is simple, stable and reproducible. It can be used to determine the content of aluminum in drinking water.
