目的对输血检验流程的质量控制相关问题进行分析探讨。方法将本院在2015-2016年选取的接受治疗的200例进行输血的患者作为研究资料,将患者随机分为两组:观察组与对照组,每组各100例。对照组患者实施的是通常的输血检验流程,对患者来进行输血治疗措施,观察组的患者应用的是对输血的环境实施质量控制,对输血的每个步骤都进行严格的质量检验。在实施了不一样的输血流程的质量控制以后,对两组患者的输血情况、输血不良反应发生几率、医疗纠纷等情况来进行比较分析。结果经过一段时间的研究观察,观察组的患者输血治疗的效果是满意的,患者由于输血导致的输血反应发生几率和发生医疗纠纷的几率等方面的情况都比对照组要好,经比较,有显著的统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在实际的临床中,对于那些需要输血的病人给予输血检验流程的严格质量控制,可以显著的使因为输血而导致输血不良反应的发生率降低,从而使医疗纠纷的发生率降低,确保了患者的治疗安全,对有输血治疗需求的患者应用严格的输血检验流程质量控制,显著的提升了患者的疗效,值得在临床中应用与推广。
Objective To analyze and discuss the quality control problems of blood transfusion test procedure. Methods A total of 200 patients undergoing transfusion in our hospital from 2015 to 2016 were selected as research data. Patients were randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group, with 100 cases in each group. Patients in the control group underwent routine blood transfusion tests, transfusion therapy was performed on patients, and patients in the observation group used quality control of the blood transfusion environment and strict quality control at each step of blood transfusion. Results After a period of observation, the effect of transfusion in the observation group was satisfactory. Conclusions In practice, strict quality control of blood transfusion testing in patients who need blood transfusions can significantly reduce the incidence of transfusional adverse reactions due to blood transfusions, thereby reducing the incidence of medical disputes and ensuring that patients Of the treatment safety, the application of blood transfusion treatment needs of patients with strict blood test quality control procedures, significantly enhance the efficacy of patients, it is worth in the clinical application and promotion.
