所谓幼儿挫折教育,是指在科学的教育思想指导下,根据幼儿身心发展和教育的需要,利用和创设某种情境条件,提出某种难题,启发和促使幼儿动脑、动手来解决问题,使他们养成乐于尝试、勇于克服困难、敢于经受挫折的习惯,从而引导幼儿逐步摆脱依赖,形成对环境的适应能力和对挫折的承受能力。这些年来,人们对幼儿挫折教育进行了大量有益的探索,挫折教育得到了社会普遍认同。然而,如何进行幼儿的挫折教育,无论在理论上还是在实践中都面临大量新的课题。本文就幼儿挫折教育的实施提出一些粗浅的看法。一、真实感知——引导幼儿正确认识挫折
