近十年来,在着床生物学领域中建立了一个新学说——“胚泡信息“(亦称“母体对妊娠的识别”,甚至有人名之为“胚泡内泌学”)。这一学说不仅在生殖生物学和内分泌学中显示出其理论价值,而且对人类生育控制和经济动物繁殖的研究也具有一定的实践意义。随着微量生化测定技术的发展,人们发现胚泡内存在着一些“信息”,它们调节控制着胚泡发育与子宫蜕膜化的严格同步,以使着床成功。当前,科学家们正致力于探讨:胚泡究竟合成了哪些信息?这些信息的物质基础是什么?母体如何接受这些信息?胚泡与母体如何相互识别而使胚泡免受母体免疫系统的排斥等。《胚泡激素与妊娠》的作者广采博览该领域的国外文献,向读者系统介绍了这一学说发展的历史与现状,详细讨论了当前研究工作中的症结所在,并展望了前景。这是一篇值得一读的文献综述。
In the last decade, a new theory has been established in the field of implantation biology - “blastocyst information” (also known as “maternal recognition of pregnancy”, and even named “blastocyst endocrinology”). This theory not only shows its theoretical value in reproductive biology and endocrinology, but also has some practical significance for the study of human birth control and economic animal breeding.
