作者观察了9 只树鼠句的卵巢和输卵管的显微结构,结果发现:树鼠句卵巢和输卵管除具有哺乳动物(包括人类)的相似结构外,尚有其结构特点,如其卵巢被膜向实质呈切迹状凹陷,原始卵泡数目少、在白膜下几乎均呈单排,透明带厚,初级与次级卵泡形成的闭锁卵泡明显的多,间质腺罕见和髓质内有被覆单层柱状上皮的管道等。实验结果不但为树鼠句的繁育研究提供了基础资料,而且为从卵巢等结构方面探讨树鼠句分类提供参考资料。
The authors observed the ultrastructure of the ovary and fallopian tubes of nine tree troglodytes.
