慈菇是一种喜温的水生蔬菜,一般地区都是利用水稻秧田栽种,春育苗,夏定植,秋收获。我省石屏县利用冬休不宜播种小春作物的稻茬田栽种,夏初育苗,水稻收获后定植,春节前后收获,故称冬慈菇。因经济效益高,发展较快,已成为产区农户一条致富之路。石屏县位于东经102°,北纬23°,海拔1418米,年均温18℃,属南亚热带气候。6～7月月均温22.2℃,有利冬慈菇的快速育
