生命教育刚刚起步,存在着师资不足、培训理念不清晰、培训内容不系统、培训方法单一等问题。参与式教师培训作为一种重要的培训方法和模式,近年来在国际上发展最为迅猛。本文主要从参与式教师培训的理论入手,借鉴国外教师合作学习的经验和做法,探讨生命教育教师学习型研究性培训模式的可行性与适切性,以及应该注意的实际问题,以促进生命教育教师的专业化发展,提升生命教育教师能力水平。
Life education has just started, there is a shortage of teachers, the concept of training is not clear, the training is not systematic, a single training methods and other issues. As an important training method and model, participatory teacher training has been developing rapidly in the world in recent years.
