2013年2月18日叶尔羌河南岸,天气乍暖还寒,岸边的叶城县加依提勒克乡旷阔的田间热闹非凡,卖烤羊肉和抓饭的摊贩早早支起了炉灶,卖凉粉、卖瓜果的摊贩也摆出了诱人的水果,设在这里的叶城县首届民间体育竞技比赛现场人山人海。来自叶城、和田、皮山、泽普、莎车、麦盖提、巴楚、英吉沙共8个县200余匹赛马和500余人参加了此次赛马比赛,120名选手参加了少数民族传统体育项目民族式摔跤比赛。活动吸引了四邻八乡群众前来观。
