兴隆台区,新兴石油城——辽宁省盘 锦市的中心城区,有着“辽河明殊”的美 誉。兴隆台区区委书记、区人武部党委第 一书记姜冰,在倾心谋划发展经济、建设 和谐社会的同时,倾心尽力为武装工作解 难题、办实事,被干部群众称为“石油新区 ‘武书记’”。在他的关心、支持和各级党政 领导的共同努力下,兴隆台区国防后备力 量全面建设不断跃上新台阶。区人武部的 军事训练、政治教育、征兵等多项工作先 后被沈阳军区、辽宁省军区、盘锦军分区 评为先进。2001年以来,区人武部连续4 年被辽宁省军区评为先进人武部。
