目的:探讨前馈控制在手术室护理缺陷中的应用效果。方法:以2013年3月~2014年3月在浙江省丽水市人民医院进行手术治疗的180例患者为研究对象,按照住院顺序随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组进行前馈控制护理,比较两组护理缺陷的发生情况和患者满意度。结果:对照组发生护理缺陷14起,发生率15.56%;观察组发生护理缺陷3起,发生率3.33%。对照组护理缺陷发生率明显高于观察组(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意度为94.74%,明显高于对照组的86.53%,(P<0.05)。结论:前馈控制用于手术室护理缺陷效果明显,能有效降低护理缺陷发生率,提高患者护理满意度。
Objective: To explore the application of feedforward control in the operating room nursing defects. Methods: From March 2013 to March 2014, 180 patients who underwent surgical treatment in Lishui People’s Hospital of Zhejiang Province were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the hospitalization sequence. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was fed with feedforward control. The occurrence of nursing defects and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: There were 14 nursing defects occurred in the control group, the incidence rate was 15.56%. There were 3 nursing defects in the observation group, the incidence rate was 3.33%. The incidence of nursing defects in the control group was significantly higher than that in the observation group (P <0.05). The satisfaction degree of nursing in the observation group was 94.74%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (86.53%, P <0.05). Conclusion: The feedforward control is effective in operating room nursing defects, which can effectively reduce the incidence of nursing defects and improve patient satisfaction.
