小学数学学科具有极强的抽象性和逻辑性,而每个小学生入小学前的学习基础不同,便会出现学习成绩、能力和态度的差异。因此小学数学分层的教学理念和小学生小学数学的学习是相符合的,可以通过对小学生的学习特点进行分层教学。这样既可以使小学生有学习数学的动力,又可以使小学生的学习能力不断提升。另外在教学过程中要以学生为基本,让每一个小学生在分层教学中能够积极发挥自己的潜能,在学习中获得快乐。本文是笔者多年对小学数学分层教学的经验之谈。
