应美国田纳西流域管理局的邀请,由水利部珠委组织沪(上海市)、桂(广西)、粤(广东)有关人员于1995年12月9～25日对美国的水利进行了实地考察,现将考察情况作如下简要介绍。1 考察团的组成本考察团由18人组成,分为3个小组,其中沪(上海市)10人、桂(广西)5人和粤(广东及珠委)3人。从广州出发前在珠委召开了会议,成立了考察团的组织机构。团长:陈秀娟,副团长:陈顺天,秘书长:邓克难。
