以前,我厂生产的195主轴承止推边半成品是在冲床上用板料落成圆料而成。这种工艺材料利用率低,成本高,很不经济。以后,我们改进了工艺,在冲床上把板料剪成条料经卷圆等工序生产止推边。这种工艺大大提高了材料利用率,降低了生产成本,但卷圆后的止推边存在着两方面的缺陷:其一、OA是直线,不是圆弧;其二、钢背上E面低于F面约0.35mm(图1)。我们习惯上称E处为“塌陷”。用这样的上推边半成品直接与筒体摩擦焊接时,E处就会发生透光现象,焊后达不到产品图的技术要求。

We used to call E Department “collapse.” With such a push on the edge of the semi-finished products directly friction welding with the cylinder, E will happen at the phenomenon of light transmission, welding products reach the technical requirements.
