用电感偶合等离子体发射光谱法 ( ICP- AES) ,对云南省白族长寿区的 4种蔬菜进行了 1 9种元素的测定分析。结果表明 ,在 4种蔬菜中 ,均含有人体必需的 Ca、Mg、P、S、Na5种常量元素及 Cr、Mn、Zn、Fe、Sr5种微量元素 ,且 Ca、Mg、P、S、Zn、Fe的含量较高。这 1 0种人体必需元素在4种蔬菜中的含量有明显差异 ,以辣椒为最低。蔬菜中这一优越的微量元素谱是该地区人能健康长寿的重要原因。
Inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) was used to analyze and analyze 19 kinds of four kinds of vegetables in Changshou District, Bai Autonomous Prefecture, Yunnan Province. The results showed that all four kinds of vegetables contained five kinds of trace elements Ca, Mg, P, S, Na and trace elements Cr, Mn, Zn, Fe and Sr, and Ca, Mg, P, S and Zn , Fe content is higher. The 10 kinds of human essential elements in the four kinds of vegetables in the content of significant differences, with peppers as the lowest. This superior trace element spectrum in vegetables is an important reason for the health and longevity of people in the region.
