近年来,因骨料质量问题而给水电工程建设带来严重影响或重大损失的情况时有发生。大藤峡水利枢纽混凝土备用料源——马鹿岭人工骨料场以石英砂岩、砂岩为主,夹少量泥质粉砂岩等,虽储量丰富、剥离量少、采运方便,但石英砂岩、砂岩有潜在碱活性危害的隐患,泥质粉砂岩等软弱夹层还可能影响混凝土强度,故质量问题成为该料场成立与否的关键。以马鹿岭人工骨料场地质勘察资料和试验数据为依据,从宏观分析与试验研究两方面入手,对料源质量进行了全面论证,得出了石英砂岩、砂岩均为有潜在危害性碱-硅酸反应类活性骨料,掺入10%~20%的粉煤灰可有效抑制其潜在的混凝土碱-骨料反应、骨料中掺入不大于5%的泥质粉砂岩等夹层对混凝土强度影响不大,料场混合开采骨料所制混凝土强度可满足设计要求的结论,为最终确立该料场作为工程混凝土骨料备用料源提供了科学依据。

The results show that the quartz sandstone and the sandstone are both potentially harmful alkali-silicon The acid reactive aggregate, which incorporates 10% ~ 20% fly ash, can effectively suppress the potential alkali-aggregate reaction of the concrete, and the intercalation of mudstone and siltstone with no more than 5% Has little effect on the strength of concrete produced by the mixed material mining field to meet the design requirements and provides a scientific basis for the final establishment of the material yard as a backup material source for the engineering concrete aggregate.
