本文用自编的心理调查问卷，对被调查的145名离退休干部在健康担忧、怀旧情绪、现实态度、失落感等5个因子方面的现状作了分析，并与95名在校大学生、在职中青年作了对比，结果表明离退休干部普遍存在心理卫生方面的问题，迫待社会有关方面予以足够重视。
In this paper, self-designed questionnaire was used to analyze the current situation of the five retired cadres who were surveyed in terms of health concerns, nostalgia, realistic attitude, sense of loss and so on. And with 95 undergraduates, Compared with the youth, the results show that retired cadres generally have mental health problems, and are pressing the attention of the relevant social sectors.
