作为军事记者,我们处在与历史上任何一代中国军事记者所不同的环境;从国内看,我们正在经历着新中国成立后最长一段和平时期。邓小平提出我军战略指导思想由临战状态转移到和平时期建设轨道,已经17年;最后一缕硝烟从南部边陲散去,也有15年之久了。但从国际上看,人们又面临着二战以来局部战争最为频繁的时期,冷战之后的国际秩序已经并且仍在发生着重大变化,这是一个方面。另一方面,全球一体化速度正在加快,信息传播的全球化已经成为现实。在这样的背景和条件下,军事新闻和军事记者怎样才能有所作为?
As a military reporter, we are in a different environment from any historical generation of Chinese military reporters. At home, we are experiencing the longest period of peace after the founding of new China. Deng Xiaoping proposed that the strategic guiding ideology of our military should shift from a state of war to a path of peace during the past 17 years. The last ray of smoke has dissipated from the southern borderlands for about 15 years. However, internationally, people face the most frequent period of partial war since the Second World War. The international order after the Cold War has been and is still undergoing major changes. This is one aspect. On the other hand, the pace of global integration is accelerating and the globalization of information dissemination has become a reality. Under such background and conditions, how can military news and military reporters make a difference?
