把吴仲华教授建立的三元流动理论,首次用于一个离心式管道泵的改型设计,并进行了试验对比:工作点处泵效由68.5%提高到72.9%,改型后的泵最佳效率达到75%.显示了三元流动理论指导设计的巨大潜力.
For the first time, the ternary flow theory established by Professor Wu Zhonghua was applied to the retrofit design of a centrifugal pipeline pump. The experimental comparison was made: the pump efficiency increased from 68.5% to 72.9% at the working point, and the optimum efficiency of the modified pump reached 75%. It shows the tremendous potential of ternary flow theory to guide design.
