本 文提 出在曲 拉通 X100 ( Triton X100)存在 下,以桑 色素( M orin )为显 色剂吸 光光 度法测 定痕 量锆(Ⅳ) 的新 方法。在[ H+ ] = 0.5 - 2. 0m ol/ L 的 H Cl 介 质中 形成 三元 配合 物,其最 大吸 收波 长为 λm a x =430nm ,摩尔吸光系数 ε4 3 0 = 9.8×104 L·m ol- 1 ·cm - 1 ,锆(Ⅳ)量在0- 15μg/25m L 范围内遵守比耳 定律。该方法简捷、准确,应用于铝合金中痕量锆的测定,共存离子不干扰,测定结 果令人满意。
This paper presents a new method for the determination of trace zirconium (Ⅳ) by spectrophotometry using morin as chromogenic reagent in the presence of Triton X100. At [H +] = 0.5-2. Ternary complex was formed in 0 mol / L H Cl medium. The maximum absorption wavelength was λm a x = 430 nm, the molar absorptivity ε4 3 0 = 9.8 × 104 L · mol -1 · cm -1, (IV) The amount of 0-15μg / 25mL comply with Beer’s law. The method is simple and accurate and has been applied to the determination of trace zirconium in aluminum alloy. The coexisting ions do not interfere with the determination results.
