本工作研究了添加Al_2O_3、CaO、Cr_2O_3和Fe_2O_3的SrZrO_3陶瓷的制备工艺及杂质对SrZrO_3电阻率的影响.加有添加剂的SrZrO_3陶瓷可沿用普通陶瓷工艺,于1750—1800℃烧成.适当的添加剂可使SrZrO_3的电导激活能大幅度降低,从而有效地降低电阻率.对于组成为90%SrZrO_3+5%Cr_2O_3+4%CaO十1%Al_2O_3(重量比)的样品,电导激活能为17.6kcal/mol;对组成为SrO十(ZrO_2)_(0.9)十(Fe_2O_3)_(0.05)的样品,电导激活能为4.53kcal/mol.上述组分的陶瓷具有电导率较高、易于烧结等优点,有希望作为高温导电材料使用.
In this work, the preparation process of SrZrO_3 ceramics with addition of Al_2O_3, CaO, Cr_2O_3 and Fe_2O_3 and the influence of impurities on the resistivity of SrZrO_3 were studied.The SrZrO_3 ceramics with additives can be sintered at 1750-1800 ℃ by using common ceramic technology.The suitable additives Can significantly reduce the conductivity activation energy of SrZrO_3, thereby effectively reducing the resistivity of the composition of 90% SrZrO_3 + 5% Cr_2O_3 + 4% CaO 11% Al_2O_3 (weight ratio) of the sample, the conductance activation energy of 17.6kcal / mol and the conductivity activation energy was 4.53 kcal / mol for the samples with composition of SrO (ZrO 2) _ (0.9) Fe (Fe_2O_) _ (0.05) .The ceramics with the above composition have the advantages of high conductivity and easy sintering, There is hope for use as a high temperature conductive material.
