本文摘译自《铁と钢》,1983年第6期,岡田康孝等的文章。为了说明马氏体时效钢具有高的强度和优良的延韧性,曾探讨了合金元素和母相组织对245kgf/mm~2以上级别的马氏体时效钢的影响。结果表明:在保证100%板条马氏体的母相下有少量的沉淀物和残余奥氏体,才可获得良好的延韧性。但由于成分和时效条件不同,使沉淀相的种类和沉淀相析出不同,造成对钢种的延韧性有明显的不同。为此有必要明确在最高强度时时效条件下的沉淀相。
This article excerpts from “Iron and Steel”, No. 6, 1983, Kang Okada and other articles. In order to illustrate the martensite aging steel with high strength and excellent ductility, we have discussed the alloying elements and matrix microstructure of 245kgf / mm ~ 2 above the level of martensitic aging steel. The results show that good ductility can be obtained by keeping a small amount of precipitate and residual austenite under the mains phase of 100% lath martensite.
