随着期末的来临,这一学期的英语教学接近尾声了,对英语教学工作反思,以此来提高今后英语教学水平。一、针对学生基础差异,因人施教,开展教学活动在开学之初,在英语开课两周之后,我发现了七年级学生在小学学习英语的过程中,形成了英语程度存在着比较大的差异而这恰恰给我的教学造成了很大的困难
