同志们:去年十月,卫生部在湖北省沙市召开了全国县级中医医院工作会议。这次会议的召开,对加速县级中医、民族医医院的建设,加速农村传统医药事业的发展,提高八亿农民的医疗保健水平,建设具有中国特色的社会主义医疗卫生事业具有十分重要的意义。现在,我就如何贯彻落实这次会议的精神,结合我区的实际情况谈几点意见。
