Relman and others criticized the shortcomings of the current medical and health work in the United States. Some hospitals only focus on the economy and refuse to deal with the serious consequences of inability to pay for medical expenses or patients who have not participated in medical insurance. Wrenn is a doctor at a rural hospital in the United States. He was admitted to two accidental injuries in 1983 and 1984. One case must be immediately transferred to a hospital that has neurosurgery.
