作者等遇到1例患脉络膜新生血管膜继发拟眼部组织胞浆菌病的患者。在做荧光素血管造影时发生视网膜下出血。患者男性,33岁,因右眼中心视力突然下降而就诊。患者未曾用药,无服阿斯匹林药物史。因有中心暗点和视物变形,矫正视力仅为20/60。眼底检查见视乳头周围的视网膜脉络膜萎缩,在赤道部有几个边缘整齐的小圆形病灶。中心凹上方呈青灰色病灶,其周围见浆液性视网膜隆起。
The authors encountered 1 patient who suffered from pseudomyogenic histoplasmosis secondary to choroidal neovascular membrane. Subretinal hemorrhage occurs during fluorescein angiography. Male patient, 33 years old, presented with sudden loss of vision in the right eye center. Patients have not medication, no medication aspirin history. Due to the center dark spots and visual distortion, corrected visual acuity was only 20/60. Fundus examination revealed retinal choroidal atrophy around the optic nerve, with several small, rounded lesions at the equator. Above the fovea was a grayish gray lesions, see the surrounding serous retinal uplift.
