【目的】探讨科技期刊在高校等科研机构与基层单位之间搭建科研合作平台,实现编辑工作关口前移,更好地发挥科技期刊服务科研工作的职能。【方法】介绍了《中国学校卫生》杂志搭建期刊与科研合作平台的背景、形式、方法、人力资源支撑及效果。【结果】搭建期刊与科研合作平台保证了国家重大科研项目的实施,提高了基层学校卫生工作者的业务素质和水平,期刊编辑关口前移,组稿和约稿更有主动性和针对性,高被引论文增加。【结论】搭建期刊与科研合作平台,使编辑工作关口前移,有利于高校、基层单位和科技期刊的共同发展。
【Objective】 The purpose of this study is to discuss the function of sci-tech periodicals in establishing scientific research cooperation platform between scientific research institutes and grassroots units, such as universities and colleges, so as to realize the advancement of editorial work and better serve sci-tech periodicals scientific research work. 【Methods】 The background, form, method, human resource support and effect of “China School Health” magazine to build journals and research cooperation platform were introduced. 【Results】 The establishment of journals and scientific research cooperation platform ensured the implementation of major national scientific research projects, improved the professional quality and level of hygienic workers in grass-roots schools, advanced editing of journals, more initiative and pertinence of group manuscripts, Cited papers increased. 【Conclusion】 Establishing a platform for cooperation between periodicals and scientific research enables the editing work to move forward, which is conducive to the common development of colleges and universities, grassroots units and sci-tech periodicals.
