目的研究秦皮、黄莲、黄柏3种中草药对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、伤寒沙门菌、绿脓杆菌和链球菌等菌的抗菌能力。方法用金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌等5种菌进行受试,并且使用常见的中药药敏,进行打孔的办法来对这三种中草药水煎药剂的抑菌圈进行大小测定。结果测定后发现这3种中草药对5种受试菌能够产生不同程度的抑制能力,其中黄莲对这5种受试菌抑菌效果是最佳的,秦皮稍微差一些,黄柏是当中最差的。结论进行体外实验能够对受试菌产生程度不同的抑制作用。
OBJECTIVE To study the antimicrobial activity of three kinds of Chinese herbal medicines including Qinpi, Huanglian and Phellodendron on Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli, Salmonella typhi, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Streptococcus. Methods Five kinds of bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were tested, and the antibacterial circles of the three Chinese herbal medicine decoctions were determined by the method of common medicine sensitivity and perforating. The results found that the three kinds of Chinese herbal medicine on the five kinds of tested bacteria can produce different degrees of inhibition, of which Huang Lian antibacterial effect of these five kinds of tested bacteria is best, slightly less Qin skin, cork is the worst of. Conclusion In vitro experiments can inhibit the production of different levels of tested bacteria.
