通过对不同粒度和不同水、酸洗次数的雄黄样品、醋煮、醋洗雄黄样品及部分地区的雄黄炮制品等进行As_2O_3、As_2S_2含量测定、微量元素分析和急性毒性实验,探索既能达到传统炮制目的,又能适应工业化生产的雄黄炮制新工艺的可能性。
The As 2 O 3 and As 2 S 2 contents, trace element analysis, and acute toxicity experiments were performed on realgar samples with different particle sizes and different water and pickling times, vinegar boiled, vinegar washed realgar samples, and realgar processed products from some regions. For the purpose of processing, it can also adapt to the possibility of industrialized production of realgars for new processes.
